Seagrass Beach celebrated its much-anticipated Grand Opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and pool party on Saturday, May 28. The new luxury home community is Bolivar Peninsula’s hottest beachfront property and the latest venture for NewCoast Properties’ founder and principal Brad Ballard. Brad and his family were joined for the event by community leaders, family, friends and many guests curious to explore the exclusive new development.

Designed to be a place to gather with family and friends, the newly completed central resort style pool and patio area proved to be perfect for just that. Guests enjoyed a fabulous view of the beach from shaded cabanas as kids splashed in the sparkling, multi-level infinity pool. The Dennis Davis band played a relaxing blend of coastal country as visitors mingled amidst the clean lines and rich, Caribbean-inspired textures of the terrace, enjoying food, drinks and conversation by the pool. Many took the short walk down to the beach just beyond the gorgeous gated entryway.
