Ten years have come and gone, and though the memories of Hurricane Ike are still felt by many, the physical damage is virtually nonexistent. All over the community, the improvements have brought Bolivar back to be bigger and better than ever before. Businesses and homeowners have rebuilt and newcomers have established roots.
