On Saturday, November 6, we had a special visitor to help Keep Bolivar Beautiful. Meet Alyssa Ruiz, Miss Teen Earth Texas 2021. Alyssa and her parents came from El Paso. This was their first trip to Bolivar Peninsula but won’t be their last. Thank you Alyssa and family for choosing Bolivar as one of your cleanup sites.
