On January 30th, from 8 am to approximately 4 pm, and January 31st from 8 am to approximately 12 pm, the County will be accepting debris, tires and brush. This will take place at Gregory Park, 900 Barbados, Crystal Beach. This is for the disposal of large items (furniture, yard waste, and tires) not normally picked up with the household garbage. No household garbage (kitchen waste) or Hazardous Materials (paints, batteries, electronic waste, automotive fluids, etc.) will be allowed. The County will be using a chipper to create mulch from the vegetative waste dropped off. This mulch will be free to any who want it (self serve). Tires will be the type found on passenger vehicles only (with or without rims), no commercial tire business will be allowed. When the tire trailer is full we will no longer be able accept tires.
