By Ed Snyder/Outdoors
Summary: Back to back cold fronts chilled the surf temps keeping the bite down for the most part. Good reports on specks earlier last week faded from those 5 to 8lb class trout to a few 2lbs. Reds and drum were busy though, mainly on the Gulf side where several Bulls were caught. Sheepshead showed up in good numbers for anglers fishing the bay and gulf side with flatfish hugging the bulkheads on the bay side. After this weeks cold front HOPEFULLY the surf should begin to warm back up and reactivate the trout bite.
