It’s not too often we all get together, I mean the BIG Family. I married into this huge family. Well, this past weekend, a lot of the family, now from Central Texas, came for their annual Summer trip to the beach. We offered our house, but they figured it would be a lot less complicated to get their own beach house. Probably …
Uncle Tom set up on the beach, the popups, the chairs, the coolers, the beach toys, you name it! All loaded in the Toyota truck, tear down and reload for the next day. The brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law, the nieces and nephews, the little grand nieces and nephews, on and on spent days on the beach. They all brushed up on their Moon skills.
The littlest, Cullen, became familiar with the beach, the waves, the water and even, toads! These are all really important things to know you know!
My point, no matter how long we’re apart, it’s easy as pie to get back into the grove with “my” family, they are as welcoming as they’ve ever been. What a dear bunch they are!
