Bay Vue United Methodist Church (UMC) Fish Fry, 2021, was the most successful of all their successful Fish Frys. Chairperson Elaine Rollfing led her happy, hardworking cadre of volunteers to a magnificent finale. Sandi Covington reported a possible $4000.00 profit. WOW! This is a grand come back after having to cancel the 2020 Fish Fry due to Covid health concerns. Drive Through Take Out accounted for 208 take outs while 60 folk enjoyed eating inside Fellowship Hall.
Bay Vue UMC thanks all the volunteers and people who came once again to enjoy fine fried fish, hush puppies, potato salad, Cole slaw, and dessert. Many take out orders were shared with friends or family coming together in beach dwellings. Those who dined inside Fellowship Hall were treated to that historically tasty homemade tartar sauce.
Appreciation goes to Crystal Beach Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) 3719. They help so many with multiple charities and cancelled their own Saturday Fish Fry to aid Bay Vue UMC. FOE 3719 advertised and placed information on their sign about the Fry. This energized group just keeps on giving.
Bay Vue hopes to continue their annual event. Members are most thankful to community and visitors for their support. See you next year!

I was a good girl and delivered “hellos!” to all these great workers for Trish & Edith Smith who have relocated back to their homeland (Tulsa, OK). Want you to know, folks, they were absolutely delighted with the pictures & videos y’all let me take. Thanks for breaking from your preps to do that. The fish was OUTSTANDING, as was everything else, especially the homemade tartar sauce.
WHERE CAN I BUY FLOUNDER AND LARGE SHRIMP.
