A Better Day is just a Hip-Hop away

You say you don’t like exercise. Great! I am not too fond of exercise either. Do you love to dance? Fantastic! I love to dance too, and Millie Coffee has just the dance routines for us. CISE, a 30 minute dance program, created by Shaun T, puts the end to exercise. Millie leads the group using a CISE video. Shaun T is a wonderful teacher, and Millie makes a grand assistant. You learn a few steps; review those; learn a few more; review those, and so on, and so on, and so on. At the end of 30 minutes you have a complete dance routine.

This FREE fun experience is held on Friday, 8:15 AM- 8:45 AM in Bay Vue United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Old and young, men and women are welcome. Become the dancer you were always meant to be. Join in CISE where you lose inches but don’t have to exerCISE!
