Summary: Despite week long monsoon rains fishing at the pass still produced excellent daytime and night-time trout action mostly on the Gulf side and surf. Anglers were catching good specks to 6 lbs. Outgoing tides were key factors with anglers fishing live baits or soft plastics. The #1 plastic were Lil’Fishys or Assassins for the cut with top waters and mirror lures for the surf. Top trout baits were live shad and finger mullet. Click here for Fishing Pictures
