Seagrass Beach celebrated its much-anticipated Grand Opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and pool party on Saturday, May 28. The new luxury home community is Bolivar Peninsula’s hottest beachfront property and the latest venture for NewCoast Properties’ founder and principal Brad Ballard. Brad and his family were joined for the event by community leaders, family, friends and many guests curious to explore the exclusive new development.
