Rollover experienced an up and down week for its fishing action this past week which culminated with some sorely needed rain. This past week saw some very good night and day action for reds and trout. Limited flounder action put some really nice quality flatfish in the creel for anglers. Keeper eater drum provided steady action for the drummers, and croaker coolers were easily filled for those tasty family fish fries. Bay and surf anglers saw good action with bay waders on flounder and surf anglers taking bull reds and 3 to 5 ft tips. The flounder and redfish runs haven’t really started as yet but cooler weather patterns should get them started.
