2024 Saltwater Slam Fishing Tournament

Anglers Compete for Cash Prizes and Glory
The 2024 Saltwater Slam Fishing Tournament, presented by Jorgensen Marine, brought together anglers from across the region for a thrilling day on the water. With 25 teams competing for top honors, the event featured a total prize purse that awarded $2,000 to the first-place winners, as well as cash prizes for second and third place.

Each team aimed to land three trout, three redfish, and one flounder, with the total weight determining their placement. The official weigh-in took place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., where excited crowds gathered to watch the scales tip as each team’s haul was weighed.

Adding to the excitement were winner-take-all side pots, giving participants an extra incentive to bring in the heaviest catches. Following the weigh-in, a live auction entertained the crowd before the highly anticipated awards ceremony.

At 3:00 p.m., the scores were tallied and verified, with the winning teams announced soon after. The event was a resounding success, celebrating the sport of saltwater fishing and the skill of the anglers who competed. Jorgensen Marine’s sponsorship and the event’s lively atmosphere made it a memorable day for all involved.
