COOKOFF RULES
1.All briskets must be tagged in by noon on Saturday, August 28
2.Briskets must be in sealed wrapper prior to tag in - no pre-marinated
briskets allowed.
3.All briskets and ribs must be cooked on premises.
4.Minimum of 2 briskets to be tagged in. One to be judged - One to be
donated.
5.Bean Judging will be held at 4:00 PM, Rib judging will be held at 5:00
PM, Brisket judging will be held at 6:00 PM.
6.Entry fees must be paid when briskets are tagged in.
7.Beans may be cooked off premises.
8.Meat can be used in the seasoning of beans but may not be included in
the judging cup.
