Brisket/Chicken/Sausage

$10.00 Donation for two meat plate

$7.00 Donation for one meat plate

Entry Fees as follows:


Brisket  - $50.00 donation per team

Ribs -       $25.00 donation per team

Beans -      $10.00 donation per team

All Three - $75.00 donation per team

CASH prizes for brisket winners plus 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners will be awarded trophies

First Place:  $250.00                      Second Place:  $150.00                 Third Place:   $100.00

1st place trophy for beans and ribs

COOKOFF RULES

1.      All briskets must be tagged in by noon on Saturday, August 28

2.      Briskets must be in sealed wrapper prior to tag in - no pre-marinated briskets allowed.

3.      All briskets and ribs must be cooked on premises.

4.      Minimum of 2 briskets to be tagged in. One to be judged - One to be donated.

5.      Bean Judging will be held at 4:00 PM, Rib judging will be held at 5:00 PM, Brisket judging will be held at 6:00 PM.

6.      Entry fees must be paid when briskets are tagged in.

7.      Beans may be cooked off premises.

8.      Meat can be used in the seasoning of beans but may not be included in the judging cup.
